Presence, pure and simple, is awareness.  When you bring your full awareness to your experience in the moment, you access the Power of Presence.

You can use the Power of Presence to dissolve limiting beliefs and heal emotional trauma by simply being present with your experience without trying to change it.

This is not a new concept, and it’s not complicated.  However, it’s much easier to talk about than to put into practice on your own.

When you bring the Power of Presence to unhealed emotional trauma that has been holding you back, those old emotions and patterns start to dissolve.  You gain access to your intuitive wisdom, and you come into the ability to take right action to move toward and attain your goals.
